Market trends

Players in conventional recruiting are under pressure. They are rapidly being replaced by dynamic social networks and business community forums that offer companies easy access to candidates – although seldom with a guarantee for quality and skills mapping.

Quality assurance / skills analysis

There is a strong and growing need for quality assurance, documentation, verification and skills assessment. The cost of recruiting the wrong person remains significant.
